Look, see, and watch all mean ver. But they are used in slightly different contexts.

Look- To pay attention to, to try to see what is there. Example- Look at the board, please.

See- visual impression come to our eyes; understand. Examples- Can you see the the blue car over there? Can you see what I am talking about?

Watch- like to look, but these things can change. Examples- He watches TV in the evenings.
