         Present Passive Continuous expresses a continuous action in the present where the subject of the sentence is receiving the action. This tense follows all of the rules of the tenses it is part of; so first use the to be verb in the present to make it present, then add the to be verb in the gerundive (-ing) form to make it continuous, then put the verb in the past participle.
