The purpose of the Timeline is to make it so the user is able to memorize all of the events that ever happened in recorded history, and categorize and classify them
into any context that they need to, so that they are "History Literate". When someone is history literate they are able to identify the types of current events and predict what their results will be. The more of us who are history literate, the better desisions we will be able to make regarding our present and future conditions.
1 The Complete History Timeline includes everything that ever happened in the entirety of recorded and non recorded history, as well as the future.
2 The entire collection of the Timeline is divided into six inter-linkable sections: 1 Pre-History, 2 BC, 3 CE, 4-5 3,000 years back Condensed A & B and 6 Future. The Pre-History goes as far back as 15 Billion years and the Future goes 52,000 years into the future, for a total time span of 15,000,052,000 years, or 15 Billion, 52,000 years.
3 The Historical Events on the Timeline are in a list format with five columns per page. I have found this to be the perfect number of columns to have side by side in a page with lists in them because it is the most visually symetrical, with one column in the middle and two on each side of that, as well as the most mentally symetrical, with multiples of five you can grow it through the exponent in a continuously symetrical way, such as 1 to 5, 5 to 50 and so on. The width of the columns for lists is also the best with five because most subjects of a list can be consensed down to the number of words that would almost take up the width of the column, so the most amount of space is being used.
4 The bulk of the Timeline is in the BC and CE sections. In these sections each column represents 100 years and the width of the page represents 500 years. The other four pages condense time differently. The two 3,000 year back pages condense time five times more than the BC and CE pages so that each column represents 500 years instead of 100 years and the width of the page represents 2,500 years instead of 500 years. Part A goes from 2000 CE to 500 BC, and Part B goes from 500 BC to 3000 BC.
The Timeline condenses time into 12 total Time Dimensions. There are four Time Dimensions for the Future, one for the BC and CE sections, a special one for the 3,000 years Consensed section, and nine for the Pre-History section. In the Future Sections the Time Dimensions increase by a factor of 10 twice and five once. In the Pre-History section they increase by a factor of five, four, three,10,10,10,10, and 10.
5 At the top of each page is the Traditionl Horizontal Timeline section.
6 Each page divides the different parts of the world into 16 sections created from the 19 United Nations Subregions.
7 The Timeline is linked so that you can navigate to any United Nations Sub-Region within the current page, or navigate to any one of the other 500 year pages within the section, as well as navigate one page forward or backward.
8 The events are divided into 99 Event Types that are created by the combination of one of the 11 Event Categories and one of the 9 Event Causes.
9 The Event Types are color and font coded in their text and borders to reflect their Event Category and Event Cause. |

The most important academic thing to do in the world is to Memorize all of the Events of History, and one of the essential tools to achieve this are good online history timelines. Out of the 694 pages to link to from this page, 618 are part of the Timeline and it has a total of 3,071 pages of text.
The purpose of the Complete World History Timeline is to make it so the user is able to memorize all of the events that ever happened in recorded history, and categorize and classify them into any context that they need to, so that they are "History Literate". 4 Exponential Time Navigation
|
The Pre-Recorded history section is divided into nine sub-sections, becoming more detailed, thus representing less time back and accross the page, by the power of ten as time moves closer to the present, until the 30,000 years back section, where it is three times more time-detailed, folowed by 20,000 years back where it is twice as detailed, followed by 2,500 years back where it is twice as detailed again. It is designed like to make it possible to expand the time detail in the same way power of ten size pages work, so you can expand what you are looking at as though you are looking at it through a microscope. In this way, the adjustment of the detail of time can be percieved in the same way as space can.
The progression of the increase of time detail through the nine different time detail sizes goes like this: 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 3, 2, 2.
The nine sections from the beginning of time to the present in the pre-recorded history section are:
1 15,000,000,000 back, 3,000,000,000 accross, 600,000,000 column
2 3,000,000,000 back, 300,000,000 accross, 60,000,000 column

6 How the World is Organized
|
According to the United Nations there are five regions in the world, which are divided into 19 Sub-Reigons.
19 is not a symmetrical number, so in order to create a symetrical linking map there are three subsections that have two subsections fuzed together: 1) North & East Africa, 2) West & Central Asia & 3) Central America & The Carribean.
Below is a list of the 5 United Nations Regions and 19 Sub-Regions:
1 Europe: 1 North, 2 West, 3 South & 4 East.
2 Africa: 5 North, 6 West, 7 Central, 8 East & 9 South
3 Asia: 10 West, 11 Central, 12 South, 13 East & 14 South East
4 15 Oceania No Subregions
5 Americas: 16 North, 17 Central, 18 South & 19 Carribean
Within each Sub-Region there is an average of X countries. Below is a list of countries within their respective Regions and Sub-Regions:
